It's comfortable and works well. My only minor gripe is that the round foot rest (whatever it's called) slowly loosens up and slides down the shaft. Doesn't matter how hard I tighten it, it just happens. Not a big deal to re-tighten it every week or two, but something that could be improved.

I ordered 2 of these for my data center. They were very easy to assemble; took about 5 minutes each after unpacking. Comfortable and love the metal base. Don't have any extended use, but for a couple hours of sitting they were quite comfy and well made.

I bought this chair because I wanted something that could be used with the taller benches that I have in my wood shop, and wanted something good quality rather than something cheap. The chair is made in Taiwan, which is generally a step up from Chinese made stuff.

The components appear generally good quality, and it's a comfortable chair. I am a large man at 230 lbs and the padding is thick and firm enough to support me well. I find the back support to be comfortable as well. Assembly was easy - I had my son who is relatively inexperienced mechanically assemble it and he had no difficulty at all.

I haven't had it long enough to judge the durability, but the initial impression is good.
